For over a decade BNB has been promoting ethical and responsible coaching and fierce but respectful competition amongst high school players in their NBIAA divisions. In preparation for the end-of-season hoopla, NBIAA coaches nominated teams from other schools for these awards with many schools receiving votes. The following teams and their coaches have been selected through this process. The NBIAA Basketball Coaches Association salutes Basketball NB and the NBIAA for their commitment to sport played “the right way” and joins with BNB and the NBIAA in congratulating the players and coaches (and their assistants) from SSHS.     The 2014-2015 BNB Fairplay Award banners will be presented to teams and/or representatives at the Final 12 at Harbour Station during half-time of the game in their division (or at the conclusion of the game for teams playing in the Championship Game).  The Girls Team is coached by Mae Cameron and Katie Henderson.
