Just a reminder that the Mid-Term Report Cards for Semester 2 will be going home on Wednesday, April 2nd. Parent/Teacher meetings will take place on Thursday, April 3rd from 5:30 - 8:00 and Friday Morning, April 4th, from 9:00 - 11:30. You MUST call Naomi at 789-2125 to book an appointment as these meetings are by appointment only.

Corey Furlotte, who graduated in 2012, visited SSHS on March 19th, and prepared a Culinary Treat for the Staff at SSHS. Corey is attending Holland College and studying the field Culinary. His goal is to be a Top Chef in Canada when he graduates from Holland College. By the way the Salad was amazing.

Brandon Wilmot and Galveston BarnabyGalveston Barnaby's and Brandon Wilmot's video titled "Bullying" has been selected as a finalist in the "Digital Video" category for the Anglophone North School District CUTE Awards (Creative Use Of Technology) to be held on March 21st, 2013 at James M. Hill School in Miramichi. Congratulations & good luck at the finals!.

On Wednesday, February 27th, students will be receiving their 1st Progress Reports from their respective classes. This will be an indication on how students are doing at this point in the term.

The Sugarloaf chapter of TADD (Teenagers Against Drinking and Driving) will be hosting a Valentines Day Dance at Sugarloaf on the evening of February 14th, from 7 to 10pm. Admission is $5.00 or $4.00 for students wearing either red or pink. Hope to see you all there!
