The Province is trying to improve K – 8 report cards and would like your thoughts. We invite you to view a short information session about changes and to complete the survey online at http://web1.nbed.nb.ca/,sites/tsurvey/; the closing date is April 7th.  If you do not have a personal computer, you can use one at a public library. If you wish to participate, but have no computer, you can arrange for a paper version by calling April Walsh at 1-800-661-6667.

A group of 4 Sugarloaf Students (Shannon Myles, James Glidden, Cory Guitard and Nick Mann) were invited to the Creative Use of Technology in Education red carpet awards ceremony hosted at James M. Hill High School in Miramichi. The evening was full of excitement and fantastic productions created by students from across the Anglophone North School District. The finalists videos premiered on the big screen, while live entrainment from students and educational professionals kept the crowd alive throughout the show.

Sugarloaf grade 12 student Liam Turgeon takes the cake at the 2014 Canadian Junior Indoor Track & Field Championships. A throw of a whopping 13.83 meters was enough to sling Liam into first place at the championships March 16th in Montreal, Quebec. Congratulations Liam and we look forward to seeing you on the track with a Sugarloaf bib on this spring!

The Public Service Announcement, entitled "Inclusion" is a finalist in the 7th Annual CUTE Awards! Congratulations to Cory Guitard, James Glidden, Shannon Myles and Nicholas Mann who have been invited to participate in this Gala event where the winner will be announced on Wednesday, March 19th.The CUTE Awards (Creative Use of Technology in Education) is an event that was conceptualized to recognize and encourage the creative use of technology by students and teachers in our classrooms.
